It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use. Krista Print reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any part of the Content at any time without prior notice.

Krista Print makes no warranty that logo designs created using its design tools will not infringe, or be subject to claims of infringement of, any trademark or other rights of third parties. It is solely your responsibility to seek legal advice to ensure that your logo design is legally available for use and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Use of Website

You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to access and use this site and its Content solely for the purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services from Krista Print (referred to herein as “Products”). No other downloading, copying, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from Krista Print does not grant you any rights to use the Content separately from the finished Products as supplied by Krista Print

You agree to use this site responsibly and in full compliance with these Terms of Use, as well as all applicable local laws and regulations, including export and import laws. Without limitation, you may not use any portion of the Content as a trademark or service mark, for any unlawful purpose, for pornographic or offensive use, to defame any person, to violate any individual’s right to privacy or publicity, or to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. You further agree not to use the site to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious, or otherwise objectionable. Krista Print reserves the right to terminate services to any customer found to be engaging in such activities.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Content in combination with any images, graphics, text, or other materials incorporated into your Products. You agree not to include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted material belonging to any third party without obtaining the necessary permissions from the rightful owner. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, and that they do not defame any third party. You further confirm that you have all required rights, permissions, and authority to place the order and authorize Krista Print to produce the Products on your behalf.

You may not use this site to send e-cards or messages that constitute spam or unsolicited communications. The use of scripts or automated tools to create or send e-cards is strictly prohibited. Krista Print reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to limit the number of recipients or the number of e-cards sent through the site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for controlling access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities, orders, and actions that occur under your account.

User Account, Password, and Security

The website is an internet-based content and e-commerce portal operated by a company incorporated under the laws of India. Your use of this website is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein, as may be updated on the website from time to time.

Upon completing the registration process, you will receive a password and account designation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify Krista Print of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. Krista Print shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content submitted for printing. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use all content submitted
• Your design does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

Krista Print is not liable for any legal issues arising from customer-submitted content.

Printing Error Resolution

Krista Print does not review any submissions for spelling, grammar, or other errors. All designs will be printed exactly as they appear at the time of approval. It is your responsibility to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are accurate and properly formatted.

Standard File Review

Before approving your file for printing, please ensure that your design is free from errors that could result in a poor-quality print. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review your file before submission.

Common issues include:

• Missing full bleed
• Text or content placed outside the safe zone
• Incorrect Spot UV alignment

 

Additional errors not reviewed by our file specialists include (but are not limited to):

• Spelling mistakes and typographical errors
• Colors outside the printable gamut

 

Decline File Review

If you decline the file review service, your design will be printed exactly as it appears at the time of approval. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials submitted for printing are accurate and properly formatted.

Limited Warranty for Products Ordered

Krista Print guarantees that all printed products you order and pay for will meet standard CMYK industry guidelines for acceptable color quality. However, we do not guarantee exact color matching “match-print” fidelity and slight color variations may occur within an order.

Colors displayed on screens may differ from the final printed product due to variations in monitor settings. Krista Print is not responsible for any color shifts that occur during the conversion from RGB to CMYK color modes. We recommend that all designs be created and submitted in CMYK using our preferred color profile for optimal accuracy. Files submitted in RGB will be automatically converted to CMYK, which may result in color differences.

Orders will not be considered defective due to minor variations in printing, coating, cutting, or binding, provided the files were designed in accordance with Krista Print’ specifications.

Certain products may not be suitable for writing or overprinting after production. Coated products, especially those with UV coating, may resist ink or toner. Matte-coated products may require commercial-grade printing or specific pens, while satin matte finishes generally offer better writability compared to UV gloss finishes. It is your responsibility to test samples to ensure compatibility with your intended use before placing a bulk order.

Krista Print is not responsible for non-functional QR codes, Microsoft Tags, or similar elements after printing. Customers are advised to test all codes thoroughly before submitting files.

Upon receiving your order, you must promptly inspect all products to ensure they are complete and free from defects. In the event of a defect, you must provide clear “fanned-out” photographs showing samples from the beginning, middle, and end of the package before any resolution can be initiated.

This limited warranty does not cover defects or issues resulting from customer errors, including but not limited to:

• Blank Card
• Border
• Incorrect card orientation
• Crop Marks
• Folding Out of Spec
• Hard to Read
• Inverted Stamp File
• Mini Image
• Missing Logo
• No Text
• Not Full Bleed
• Colours out of the CMYK colour gamut. 
• Text or important images out of the safe zone
• Pixilation
• Visible Template Lines
• Files with rounded corners designed into image
• Returns made without prior authorization (RMA)

No compensation will be provided for any of the above conditions.

Details Concerning Colour Reproduction

Gang-run printing is a cost-effective method used to provide affordable four-color printing. This process combines multiple short-run jobs with similar specifications into a single print run. By sharing production costs across several jobs, setup and manufacturing expenses are significantly reduced, allowing us to offer competitive pricing. All printing is carried out by skilled professionals using advanced, state-of-the-art equipment to ensure consistent quality.

Limitations of Gang-Run Printing

Due to the nature of the gang-run printing process, as well as variations caused by neighboring artwork and ink distribution, exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Krista Print does not accept responsibility for any color variations between the submitted design files and the final printed product. Under no circumstances will reprints or refunds be provided for color variations that occur during the printing process.

Shipping

Krista Print will arrange shipping through a reputed carrier. However, Krista Print is not responsible for any delays in delivery, loss, or damage that may occur while the order is in transit with the shipping carrier.

Defective Products

Krista Print must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order via email at complaints@kristaprint.in or by phone at 786 800 5053

To process any claim, you must provide clear “fanned-out” photos or videos showing samples of the defective product from the beginning, middle, and end of the package(s) before any action can be taken.

If the product is not deemed defective and the customer chooses to retain it, Krista Print may issue a 50% store credit of the product cost for use on a future order. If the product is confirmed to be defective due to an error on the part of Krista Print, we will reprint the order under the same delivery terms.

All sales are final, as each product is custom-made and has no resale value. Full refunds are issued only with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and are subject to management discretion. An order number will be provided to facilitate the return of defective products; however, Krista Print is not responsible for any additional pickup or service charges.

Orders returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for any compensation. All approved RMA returns are subject to a Quality Control inspection before any refund or credit is issued. To qualify for a full refund, all defective products, including any reprinted items, must be returned in full.

Krista Print does not provide compensation for customer errors under the Limited Warranty for Products Ordered.

General Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service may not be assigned or transferred by you without the prior written consent of Krista Print.

These Terms of Service, including all policies and agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications.

No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right. Likewise, any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege shall not preclude any further exercise of that or any other right, power, or privilege.

You and Krista Print are independent contractors, and nothing in these Terms of Service shall be deemed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
