At Krista Print, we strive to deliver the best possible printing experience. Since all our products are customized based on your specific designs and requirements, they cannot be reused or resold.
Therefore, returns are not accepted.
However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will provide full assistance to resolve the issue, including reprinting where applicable.
Please note, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits in cases where issues arise due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or weather conditions
- Transportation or logistics disruptions
- Government actions or legal restrictions
- Strikes, labour disputes, or civil disturbances
- System, communication, or utility failures

We aim to process orders quickly, often on the same day.
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed
If eligible, the refund will be issued to your wallet or original payment method
