You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address to ensure successful delivery by Krista Print. Incomplete or incorrect address details may result in delays, loss, or misdelivery of your shipment.

Krista Print shall not be held liable for any delays, lost or misplaced shipments, incorrect deliveries, or any other issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided at the time of placing the order.

In such cases, the customer will remain responsible for the payment of the product or service, even if the order is not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

By Courier

For shipments weighing less than 3 kg, orders will be sent through a reputed courier service, wherever available.

Within Tamil Nadu, shipments above 3 kg will be dispatched via lorry, bus, or B2B bulk shipping services on a “To Pay” basis. For locations outside Tamil Nadu, all shipments will be sent on a “To Pay” basis.

To Pay

For deliveries across India, all shipments will be sent on a “To Pay” basis. Customers are required to pay the shipping charges at the time of delivery.

If the “To Pay” option is not available, shipping charges must be paid in advance, as per the quotation provided by the shipping partner.

Shipping Methods:

If you require your purchase to be delivered by a specific date, please inform us at the time of placing your order so we can prioritize it accordingly.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Special Shipping Notes:

The delivery date of your order depends on when it leaves the warehouse, the shipping address, and the selected shipping method.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately or from different locations.

To track your order, please create an account before checkout to enable order tracking.

Please note that upgrading the shipping method does not reduce the production time of the products.

To ensure your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier services.

For printing orders weighing up to 3 kg, shipments will be sent via courier. Orders exceeding 3 kg will be dispatched through reputed lorry or transport services nearest to your city. Lorry service charges will be on a “To Pay” basis.

Please note that most lorry services do not offer home delivery. Customers are required to collect their orders from the respective transport office.

However, customers may choose courier delivery for heavier shipments if they are willing to bear the additional courier charges directly.
